WindowBlinds - review
from PCworld review: "...Do you look at your screen and say to yourself,
"Could my desktop be any more generic?" With this shell enhancement, you can tweak the style of its title
bars, buttons, toolbars, and other items, making your computing experience as personal as you'd like it to be.
Create and customize your own skins or download any of the ones available, and create your own themes from
your favorite TV show, holiday, operating system, and so on. You can also use it to make your files and applications
more accessible by adding buttons (roll-up buttons, always-on-top buttons, program launching buttons, menus, and
so on). Use the available plug-ins that users have made for it to control your MP3 player, keep track of the time, or
display whatever other information or controls you'd like to have integrated as a native part of Windows. ..."
